What are Actions?

To integrate third-party services with your AI Service or Hyperflow platform, you’ll need to create an Action. An Action sets up a connection using the Open API protocol to communicate with corporate or third-party services, defining how the AI model will interact with external services for your solution.

Actions are designed to support various third-party integrations, currently offering three primary protocols:

1. REST: The most widely used protocol for API calls. Hyperflow includes several pre-configured REST Actions, such as integrations with Slack, Amazon, Ticketmaster, Stripe, Jira, and ServiceNow. Users can also create custom Actions to integrate with other corporate or third-party services.

2. IMAP: Used for reading emails from email servers (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).

3. SMTP: Used for sending emails through email servers (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).

Actions can be applied in two main ways:

1. In Hyperflow: Actions can be added as steps, linking inputs and outputs to connect with other steps in the workflow.

2. With Talk2Service: This service enables users to describe the Action they want to execute in natural language, and the platform will locate the corresponding Action.

Use Actions to extend Hyperflow’s capabilities, allowing it to integrate seamlessly with your company’s existing systems and external services.
